Professors Online

Professors Online is a registered trademark of Commercial Services Corporation, and is a corsortium of professors and other academics who develop and deliver electronically mediated university courses in education and the behavioral sciences, statistics, mathematics and management science. The preferred Learing Management System is Moodle 1.9, but exporting to another LMS is possible.

The underlying strategy of Professors Online is to provide courses in a cost efficient manner. We work in two ways: 1) Instead of several universities developing the same course, Professors Online will develop a single generic course and offer it simultaneously to multiple institutions. Or, 2) send your instructor to a Professors Online workshop for one week and together we will convert his/her classroom course to a multi-media on-line course, mount it on the Internet, and host it for one year (renewable). These workshops involve one mentor working with one instructor, all day, every day, for five days.
